Open PTA Board Positions

This is easier than you think. The PTA board is extremely supportive and collaborative, so you will always have the group's experience to lean on. We have extensive documentation for each position, and chances are that someone on the board has already had your role. As volunteers, we all contribute what we can for the SVE community given our busy lives, and ask for help when we need it. We need your help now!

Join as a board member to be added to our internal communications channel, attend monthly board meetings, and take part in our annual planning meeting at the end of the summer. If you’re interested in volunteering or learning more about one of these positions, please reach out to vp@sve-pta.org.

Fundraising

• Find sponsors and grants
• Plan spirit nights and other fundraising events

Subcommittee leads

These are not board positions, so there's less formal time commitment. But you do get a budget.

Green Team

• Support and start initiatives to make our campus more environmentally friendly.
