Set Up and Put Away Tables / / Poner y guardar las mesas

10:30 Shift will get the folding tables from the hallway and set them up in the cafeteria, as well as two tables out front for parent check in

1:00 shift will wipe down the tables and put them away

 

El turno de las 10:30 recogerá las mesas plegables del pasillo y las instalará en la cafetería, además de dos mesas al frente para el registro de los padres.

El turno de la 1:00 limpiará las mesas y las guardará.

Get tables from hallway and set up in the cafeteria for parents and students. We will also need two tables out front for parent check in. Consiga mesas del pasillo y colóquelas en la cafetería para padres y alumnos. También necesitaremos dos mesas en la entrada para el registro de padres.

Parent Check In //Registro de padres

We will have volunteers at tables outside checking in parents who have pre-registered, as well as a volunteer inside the office, checking in parents who have not pre-registered.  All volunteers and parent visitors must have a complete voly background check.

 

Contaremos con voluntarios en las mesas exteriores para registrar a los padres preinscritos, así como un voluntario dentro de la oficina para registrar a los padres no preinscritos. Todos los voluntarios y padres visitantes deben someterse a una verificación completa de antecedentes penales.

Parent Check In (outside)// Registro de Padres (afuera)
Volunteers will sit outside at two tables and check in parents that have pre-registered. If parents have not pre-registered, they will be sent inside to check in at the office. //Los voluntarios se sentarán afuera en dos mesas y registrarán a los padres que se hayan preinscrito. Si no se han preinscrito, se les enviará adentro para registrarse en la oficina.

Traffic and Doors // Trafico y Puertas

We will need one volunteer stationed outside the cafeteria to direct foot traffic, and one person stationed outside the cafeteria by the outside door to open for parents and students when their lunchtime is over.

 

Necesitaremos un voluntario ubicado afuera de la cafetería para dirigir el tráfico peatonal y una persona ubicada afuera de la cafetería junto a la puerta exterior para abrirla para los padres y estudiantes cuando termine su hora de almuerzo.

Volunteer will be stationed outside the cafeteria by the exterior door and open when needed for parents and students when their lunchtime is over // El voluntario estará ubicado afuera de la cafetería junto a la puerta exterior y estará abierto cuando sea necesario para los padres y estudiantes cuando termine su hora de almuerzo.
